Quasar Appliance Services

In the late 1970s, the Quasar company came into being as a sales operation that had split off from the Matzushita Industrial Company, already famous for its manufacture of the popular Quasar televisions that graced many homes in that era. The new company began manufacturing microwave ovens in 1984. These appliances could be easily identified by their black glass front panels, their prominently displayed buttons and their noticeable lack of dials. In 2004, the Quasar name ceased to exist as such, although Panasonic applied for a new Quasar trademark to be affixed to various categories of electronics in 2013.

Repairing your Quasar Appliance

Because it probably has been several years since you bought your Quasar microwave, it is increasingly likely that it will require repairs at some point in the near future. Due to the fact that Quasar no longer makes appliances, it is important to conduct a careful search when hiring a company to repair it. At My Appliance Service, our technicians are skilled at diagnosing and repairing vintage appliances as well as in finding the parts that will be most effective in getting your microwave back in perfect working order. We are committed to providing fast, expert service, usually on the same day that you call. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy, and all of our work comes with a full warranty.

Technician Certification and Training

All technicians are required to attend and pass training twice a year. During these conferences, not only do our technicians master the repair procedures, they are encouraged to offer suggestions in technological improvement for the manufacturers. This professional relationship helps the manufacturers produce greater products, and helps our customers receive higher quality, longer lasting appliances.
